- Minimum driver’s age is 21 years old.
- Drivers over 70 years old pay a premium of 7€ per day.
- All citizens outside the European Union must hold an International Driving Permit, in accordance with the law.
- The driver must be in possession of a valid driving license for at least two years before renting the car.
- The second driver must meet the same conditions as the first and the second driver charge is 3€ per day.
- Delivery and collection at Samos airport is free of charge. For night delivery after 22:00 at the airport the charge is 20€.
- The child or infant seat is free of charge.
- All cars have mixed insurance (FDW). The insurance does not apply to damages caused by the renter by his own fault without the existence of another vehicle. It is also not valid off the asphalt road or under the influence of alcohol or substances.
- Prices include all taxes.
- The fuel consumed during the lease is borne by the lessee. The renter is obliged to return the car with the same amount of fuel that was delivered to him, otherwise extra charges apply, ie the difference in the value of fuel and an additional charge of 10 €.
- All traffic violations are borne exclusively by the lessee.
- The driver must drive responsibly. Otherwise, our company reserves the right to terminate the contract and remove the car. The car is forbidden to be driven by persons not mentioned in the rental agreement. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs makes the driver solely responsible and voids any insurance coverage. The same applies to off-road driving.
- The renter must not put more people in the car than indicated on the car license.
- It is strictly forbidden to transport the car outside the island of Samos.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited.
